Accountant cum Front Office Coordinator Female (1 – 5 years exp.)

Job Location: Ghaziabad

We need a Female Accountant cum Front office coordinator (1 to 5  years exp) for our manufacturing unit in Ghaziabad, Meerut Road. The job involves handling daily accounting tasks and coordinating various responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily accounting transactions, including data entry, invoicing, and basic reconciliations
• Support preparation of financial statements, budgets, and reports under supervision
• Help with monthly and quarterly closings and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist in tax calculations, documentation, and filing as per applicable regulations
• Monitor and update accounts payable and receivable records
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and organize accounting documents and files
• Handle incoming calls, take messages, and coordinate communication within the office
• Organize and maintain office files, records, and spreadsheets
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and basic office correspondence
• Track office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and support smooth day-to-day office operations

Job Title: Tool Room Inspector

• Perform quality checks on final components according to drawings and specifications.
• Inspect, verify, and ensure that components meet the set quality standards.
• Educate and guide the production team on quality control issues and best practices.
• Proficient in using quality control instruments such as height gauge, micrometer, vernier, caliper, plunger, dial, and hardness testers.
• Knowledge of quality assurance principles and processes.
• Expertise in operating various measurement and inspection instruments.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and correct quality issues.
